How a session works
- Book a slot. Pick a time that suits you, either here or on GrowthMentor.
- Send me the problem. A couple of lines on what you're stuck on, plus any numbers. It means we skip the warm-up.
- 30 minutes, properly focused. We work through it together and you leave with a next step.
- Come back whenever. Tell me what happened when you tested it. I love hearing how it went, good or bad!
Where mentoring stops
A 30-minute session is great for one sharp problem. If you need someone to own growth with you every month, that's a different job, and it's what I do as a fractional CMO.

Is the mentoring really free?
Yes! I keep 2 hours a week for free 30-minute sessions with founders and marketers. No catch, and no obligation to work together afterwards.
Who are the sessions for?
Startup founders and marketers working on a specific growth problem, from pre-seed through to scale-up. I mentor through Unicorn Factory Lisboa, for Partech's portfolio startups and on GrowthMentor, but you don't need to be part of any programme to book.
What should I bring to a session?
One problem, as specific as you can make it, plus the numbers behind it if you have them. 'Which channel should we test next with a £5k budget?' gets you much further in 30 minutes than 'how do we grow?'.
Can I book more than one session?
Of course, especially once you've tested something and want to talk through what happened. If you find you want ongoing, hands-on help, that's what my fractional CMO work is for.
