GTM workshops for VCs and accelerators
These are hands-on sessions for a whole portfolio or cohort. Instead of a talk, each founder works through their own go-to-market during the session, using the same frameworks I use with fractional CMO clients. Usually they cover one or more of these:
- Building a go-to-market strategy from scratch
- Choosing and validating your first scalable acquisition channel
- How to resource and build your growth team
- Running growth experiments without wasting a quarter

Do you run workshops for VC portfolios?
Yes. I've run sessions for Seedcamp, Partech, Shilling and Pre-Seed to Succeed, and I've led the Traction & Growth session in Unicorn Factory Lisboa's Incubation Program. Workshops are hands-on, so each founder works on their own startup's go-to-market.
Do you speak in person or remotely?
Both. I'm based in Lisbon and happy to travel for the right event. Remote sessions work well for workshops with distributed portfolios.
